Since the equity practice began in 2020, we’ve partnered with a variety of organizations, from growing start ups, to nonprofits, foundations, school districts, and beyond. Our partnerships are focused on people and organizations who have moved beyond the beginning phases of their racial equity journey. We do not expect perfection. There is no "woke certificate." We do find we work best with those who have started the journey, and who are committed to this life-long work – even when it is hard and uncomfortable – because they are committed to change as an act of solidarity for our collective liberation.

Talent Practice Redesign
Beyond surface process change to explicit & implicit practice redesign.

Our Team Development supports teams to build authentic relationships necessary for racial equity. We do this through:
Restorative experiences that help teams who have experienced harm in their DEI work to process the harm and decide together what is needed to maintain their relationship and move forward together
Team retreats and relationship building activities that support the team to build authentic relationships and build capacity for building trust across lines of racial, ethnic, and cultural differences
