Courtney's Update

To our Equity Practice Community,
After much reflection, and with a grateful heart, I am writing to share that I will be transitioning from my role as co-founder at The Equity Practice this summer.
Co-founding The Equity Practice and watching it grow into the company it is today has been an incredibly rewarding journey. Together, we have reached significant milestones, including working with over 60 organizations in the last four years to revolutionize how work happens - moving away from traditional practices and moving toward liberatory practices that ensure everyone can thrive at work. We’ve built core offerings focused on both curated learning and restorative support to foster stronger, relationship-centered work environments. I am immensely proud of what we have built and the impact we have made.
This decision was not easy, and I will continue to be a life-long supporter of The Equity Practice and Alli’s unwavering vision and commitment to bringing liberatory practices to individuals and organizations.
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our community of co-conspirators and partners, amazing clients, and to our tremendous co-founder Alli, who I’ve been so lucky to call a mentor, friend, and business partner, and to whom I owe so much of my personal and professional growth. I am truly grateful for our many adventures, partnership, endeavoring courageously side by side into the world of entrepreneurship, and for everything we have accomplished together.
As I step away from my day-to-day role, I remain passionately invested in the future of The Equity Practice and will continue to support the company and our community in any way I can. I am so excited to see what the future holds.
Thank you for being part of this incredible journey.
With gratitude,
Courtney Tungate

Alli's Update

This transition is bittersweet! I know The Equity Practice would not exist without Courtney’s leadership and I will miss collaborating with her everyday. I’m grateful for all that Courtney has poured into the business. I’m excited for what’s ahead for Courtney and The Equity Practice, so I’m sharing a short video about that.
For those with a little bit of tl;dr energy, I’ll just say I’m excited to continue the work I get to do at The Equity Practice to support you to create a liberatory culture where there is deep care and teams get to do great work together.
If you’d like to explore how we might collaborate with you to build new ways of working, please set up an exploratory call.
Thank you again to Courtney for what you’ve helped me create. It would not have been possible without you!
Best,
Alli
