Power-Aware Restorative Facilitators Training

Power-Aware Restorative Practice Facilitator Training is a learning experience for conflict resolution professionals, HR leaders, and managers who want to facilitate conversations that acknowledge and actively address power differentials in workplace conflicts. We created this training to share tools that help facilitators interrupt harmful dynamics and enable authentic repair so they can guide participants toward genuine restoration and sustainable organizational change.
