You didn't get here by accident. You led through urgency, chaos, situations where slowing down wasn't an option. And it worked—until it didn't.
Now you're noticing the cost. In your team's energy. In your own exhaustion. Maybe in how isolated you've become. The leadership style that got you here is pushing people away—and you're starting to wonder if you're part of the problem.
What Happens
We work together for six months. Just you and me, figuring it out together.
We start with vision: What do you want to be true about how you lead? Then we look at what's actually happening—through self-observation, reflection, maybe feedback from others.
We name the gap. We dig into the root of it—the beliefs, the patterns, the things that got rewarded that maybe shouldn't have.

And then we experiment. Not with a rigid curriculum. With real choices, in real time, that help you become the leader your team needs you to be.

The Arc
Session 1
Vision + Intake
What do you want to be true about how you lead? We'll also learn how you process best—written, spoken, visual—so I can meet you where you are.
Session 2 & 3
Observation + Gap
What's actually happening? Where's the distance between your vision and reality? We'll use self-observation, reflection, and possibly feedback to name the patterns.
Session 4
Root
Why is the gap there? We'll explore the beliefs, the conditioning, the things that got rewarded that maybe shouldn't have.
Session 5 & 6
Experiments + Integration
What do you want to try instead? We'll design experiments, practice new choices, and build the rituals that help you sustain the shift.
The Rhythm
Sessions are monthly (or biweekly if that serves you better). Between sessions, we stay connected—through voice notes, a shared doc, whatever matches how you process. I'll learn your style in our first session and we'll design the container together.

I'll give you things to try, but not too much. Small experiments. Mini milestones. Enough to keep you moving without overwhelming you.

Questions About the Leader Advisory
1 / How is this different from coaching?
Most coaching is goal-oriented and structured around outcomes you define. This is more like having a thought partner who knows you deeply—someone who remembers what you said three months ago and can help you see the patterns you can't see yourself.
2 / What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That's okay. Book a conversation and we'll figure it out together. Sometimes "not sure" is exactly the right place to start.
3 / Can I start with The Clarity Call?
Absolutely. Many people do. The Clarity Call is a great way to get a taste of how we work together before committing to six months.
4 / What happens between sessions?
We stay connected. Depending on how you process, that might look like voice notes, a shared document, or quick check-ins. You'll also have experiments to try and reflections to practice. But I won't overwhelm you—we'll set mini milestones that feel doable.
4 / What if something urgent comes up?
We'll handle it. Part of this relationship is flexibility. If you need to process something before our next session, reach out.
