How It Works

We'll walk through four focused phases using the PRO Framework:

Phase 1: Situation Assessment

You share what's happening with your team—the conflicts, patterns, and dynamics that have you stuck.

Phase 2: Personal (P) - Your Role

Research shows that the ways leaders use power and the emotions they display can either hinder or escalate conflict. We explore how you're showing up:

  • How you're wielding power

  • What emotions you're displaying

  • How your energy affects the team

  • Your stress responses and regulation capacity

 

Phase 3: Relational (R) - Team Dynamics

We examine what's happening between people:

  • Where trust has eroded

  • Patterns of blame or avoidance

  • Communication breakdowns

  • How your personal state influences these dynamics

 

Phase 4: Organizational (O) - Systems & Structures

We identify what organizational factors are contributing:

  • Power distribution and decision-making processes

  • Policies and practices that enable dysfunction

  • Structural issues that hinder or encourage escalation

  • How systems impact both you and team relationships

 

What You'll Get

By the end of your Power Hour, you'll have:

  1. Clear Diagnosis: Understanding of where you are in the conflict escalation stages (Prevention, Intervention, or Crisis)

  2. Personalized Action Plan: 2-3 concrete next steps for each pillar (Personal, Relational, Organizational) tailored to your specific situation

  3. Strategic Clarity: Knowledge of what to do first and why—no more guessing or cycling through ineffective solutions
